Tender Care Pediatric Services, founded in 2005, is the result of the passion that the owners, Debbie Hogfeldt (RN) and her husband, Kevin, have for children in need. This passion took hold of them over 30 years ago as they started their ministry working with children in the foster care system that experienced medical needs. They have devoted their lives to providing the best medical care possible in the home care setting. Giving each child the opportunity to experience life in a home where they were loved and the hope for a “normal” life being the driving force. It was their dedication for helping children that lead them to realize the great need that existed in the community for a home health care agency that could support families and provide them with the same level of care that they expected for their own children. Each day Kevin and Debbie awake before the dawn of the day to start the care of their six(6) adopted, medically complex children.

Living in a home where some of their employees work, they truly respect the dedication of the Tender Care team, and value all home care nurses, PT, OT, ST, MT, ABA, CNA. We are Clinician owned and operated. Obsessed with what is best for our patients and community. To guide our patient families and field staff, our Clinical Management team consisting of twelve (12) outstanding women collaborate their collective knowledge combining over 250 years of Pediatric Nursing experience.
