Our 12-person Clinical Management team combines over 250 years of Pediatric Nursing experience to ensure the best possible outcomes. We are the largest Pediatric Home Health Nursing agency in Weld and Larimer County, delivering over 3000 hours of nursing care each week to kiddos throughout Northern Colorado.
We are proud to work with AIMS, Front Range, and University of Northern Colorado. Each semester since 2016 we have hosted nursing students for clinical rotations and senior practicums. It is through these partnerships that have built one of the strongest new-grad training/precepting programs anywhere in Pediatric Home Health Care. Every employee earns PTO, not exceptions. Industry leading shift differentials earned on weeknights, weekend day’s and weekend nights.
