In an era of healthcare mergers and acquisitions we remain a proud family owned business. At Tender Care each decision is made with the patient and the clinician in mind. We are clinician owned and operated and will continue to operate with our patients’ best interest first. We do it for the kids, and we MEAN IT! We are obsessed with what is best for our patients and community. Communication, Collaboration and Continuity of care, the “Three C’s”, are the backbone to setting everyone up for success. Our 12-person Clinical Management team combines over 250 years of Pediatric Nursing experience to ensure the best possible outcomes. Employment at Tender Care can be a truly rewarding and fulfilling opportunity to gain professional and personal satisfaction. We take intentional steps with the organizational structure to ensure that every staff member has the support and resources needed to provide the best outcomes agency-wide. We are the largest Pediatric Home Health Nursing agency in Weld and Larimer County, delivering over 3000 hours of nursing care each week to kiddos throughout Northern Colorado.
We are proud to work with AIMS, Front Range, and University of Northern Colorado. Each semester since 2016 we have hosted nursing students for clinical rotations and senior practicums. It is through these partnerships that have built one of the strongest new-grad training/precepting programs anywhere in Pediatric Home Health Care. We are certain that if you want to work with the pediatric population and have a genuine desire to impact the lives of kiddos requiring home health care that Tender Care is the best fit for you.
