She had some pretty outstanding compliments about Tender Care in general but had glowing compliments for her child's case manager, Aecian. She especially noted that Aecian is always so great and communicative, provides support for their family, and is advocate for their child. I have had the pleasure to work alongside Aecian for a while now and I can say without a doubt that this woman is a true gem. Aecian excels as a nurse, leader, and case manager but more than that, she is an exceptional human being. I don't know if you set out everyday to make this world a little better, Aecian, but it sure seems like it. Thank you for shining your light!”

It's hard to leave ones 1st born when they are little and your their primary caregiver 6 days a week. She is a new graduate nurse that proactively with growing confidence works on a medically complicated patient that baffles me, at times, having 18 years of experience. She has an eager to learn attitude, to grow in her knowledge as a home health PDN. She accepts the challenges thrown at her with grace and flexibility. For these reasons she deserves some praise 👏 and is a shining star 🌟!”
