Electronic Visit Verification
The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) began implementing Electronic Visit Verifications (EVV) beginning August 3, 2020. Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is a technology solution that electronically verifies visit information to ensure that home or community-based services are delivered to members needing those services by documenting the precise time service begins and ends. Section 12006 of the 21st Century Cures Act requires all state Medicaid agencies to implement an EVV solution. The items captured by EVV are the service provided, individual receiving the service, date of the service, location of the service, individual providing the service, and time in and out of the service provided. The state has chosen the Sandata platform for EVV. The instructions below provide information on using the Sandata Mobile Connect system to complete electronic visit verification.
Electronic Visit Verification User Guide (full guide)
We use SurveyMonkey to send out education modules. Emails are sent to staff each time an education module is assigned. The email contains a link to the education module (each link is unique to each employee). Be sure to check your junk, other, promotions, or spam folders if you are having a hard time finding the email.
Here are some tips to help you find education module emails and make it easier to access the messages in the future:
Add the following contact to your address book: Education@tcpskids.com via surveymonkey.com
Search your email folders for ‘TCPS’ (make sure you are searching all folders)
If neither option above works, contact the office to verify that we have your correct email address on file.
