CNA Parent Caregiver Rate:

At Tender Care Pediatric Services, we take a unique and personal approach to the CNA Parent role. We understand that what you do as a parent caregiver is challenging. The incredible work you do often goes without much recognition or appreciation. As a family owned business, that has been on both sides of this program as caregivers, and the employer, we want to ensure you that we are here to support you in every possible way.

Our opinion is the best way we can support you in this program is to make sure that you are the highest paid CNA Parent/Family caregiver in Colorado.

ALL Parent CNA/Family caregivers earn $22 hour for all hours worked, and earn $33/hour for all overtime hours. There is no CAP on hours.
